This fee goes directly to the family that cleans the property between each stay and is designed to be a Fair Living Wage. Between each stay the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and all towels and linens are replaced with fresh clean towels/linens that have been freshly laundered. ☆☆ WINTER ACCESS ☆☆ While it's very rare, during winter storm conditions 4WD and/or snow chains may be necessary to access the property. All roads leading to the property are paved. ☆☆ HIGH SPEED INTERNET WIFI ☆☆ High speed internet Wi-Fi is offered which supports multiple streaming devices. But because of the mountain region, sometimes there can be outages and we do not guarantee internet would be supported in such unfortunate circumstances.
